Blueprint Therapy Services is a private pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider.
Private pay offers several advantages. Treatment is not limited by insurance requirements, sessions are not dictated by arbitrary visit limits, and care can focus on the client’s goals rather than what an insurance company approves.
-
Yes. Many clients come to therapy with more than one concern, such as ADHD and anxiety, tics and OCD-related symptoms, trauma and substance use, or depression alongside executive function challenges.
Treatment is tailored to the full picture, not just one diagnosis. If a client needs support outside the scope of this practice, Aaron can discuss referral options for additional specialized care.
-
Blueprint Therapy Services is not traditional open-ended talk therapy. Treatment is structured, skills-based, and goal-oriented.
Sessions are built around evidence-based approaches that help clients understand what is driving the problem and develop practical strategies to address it. If you are looking for therapy with a clear plan, measurable goals, and tools you can use outside of sessions, this approach may be a good fit.
-
Yes, especially for younger adolescents. Parents are often an important part of the process because skills need to be supported outside of sessions. Parents will understand what is being worked on, why it matters, and how to support progress at home. The goal is to give families practical tools, not rely on one therapy hour per week to carry all of the change.

Treatment length depends on the client, the concern being treated, and the goals of therapy. Blueprint Therapy Services is designed as a specialty practice with a structured, goal-oriented model rather than open-ended therapy without direction. Some focused concerns, such as tic management through CBIT, may be treated in a shorter timeframe. More complex concerns, such as trauma, substance use, or co-occurring conditions, may require a longer treatment plan. Timeline and progress are discussed throughout the process.
