ADHD
Treatment

ADHD looks different than most people expect. It’s a mismatch between how the brain is wired and what daily life demands.

CBIT for Tics & Tourette Syndrome

Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics or Tourette Syndrome is a structured, behavioral therapy to manage neurological “urges”.

Anxiety & Depression Therapy

Anxiety and depression don’t always look the way people expect. It can be driven by patterns of thinking that feel true but aren’t accurate.

Trauma & PTSD Treatment

Trauma can show up as a patterns of behavior that don’t make sense on the surface but make perfect sense given what happened.

Hair Pulling & Picking Treatment

Hair pulling, skin picking, and other repetitive behaviors are often driven by a mix of triggers. We develop practical tools to interrupt the cycle.

Substance Use Counseling

Not everyone who walks into substance use counseling is ready to quit - and that’s okay. Treatment meets you where you are.

Therapy Only Works if the Skills Make it Home

For younger adolescents especially, parents are active partners in the process. You will understand what we are working on, why it matters, and how to support those skills at home between sessions.

Without insurance-driven session limits or outside requirements shaping care, treatment can stay focused on efficiency, practical tools, and measurable progress for your family.
